UC Clermont Issues Call to Artists

UC Clermont’s Park National Bank Art Gallery is currently accepting applications for its juried art gallery season. The beautiful and spacious 1,000 square-foot gallery is ideally suited to a variety of 2D and 3D art exhibitions such as painting, sculpture, fiber, ceramics, jewelry and more.

The gallery is situated in a highly visible area in the Snyder Building, Room S140, on the UC Clermont College campus at 4200 Clermont College Dr. in Batavia, Ohio.

The Gallery Selection Committee will meet to review applications and make selections for the upcoming academic year.

Entries are accepted year round. Entries received by February 29, 2016 will be considered for fall 2016 - spring 2017. 

Eligibility

Any artist living in the United States. All styles and media are eligible. Any artist who has been awarded a solo show at the UC Clermont Art Gallery must wait two years to apply again. There are no entry fees to apply.

Submissions

Individual Application- 10 digital JPEG images of a consistent body of work on CD.

Group Application- 20 digital JPEG images on CD representing all artists who will be showing in the exhibition. A one-page typed statement to better explain the purpose or details of the show. Please use one contact person.

Application

Selection 

A panel of professional jurors will review and score artists. The top scoring artists are awarded either a solo show or participation in a group show. Artists who are awarded shows will be notified by mail. Please note: Artists are responsible for the transportation, installation and removal of their work, if awarded a show.
