LMS Taskforce
IT is constantly changing. In an effort to solidify ourselves as a leader in IT, the Learning Management System (LMS) Task Force was created to take a strategic look at the LMS market now, so that UC can make the best decision later.

Accessibility Matters
As part of a proactive compliance review, the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights (OCR), assessed the accessibility of the websites and learning management systems operated by the university. To update the sites that were not in compliance, the Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Program, seeded with initial support from the Office of the Provost, will establish and sustain the accessibility of the websites and learning management systems operated by the university.
The EIT Program Team includes representatives from the Office of Student Affairs-Disability Services, Governmental Relations and University Communications, the Office of the Provost, the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning and IT@UC. Other partners include the Office of General Counsel and the Central Purchasing Department.
