Campus Recreation Center Offering Free Training Sessions in April

personal training session with every five sessions purchased during the month of April. With a trainer, results are maximized in just 45-minutes. Additionally, access to exclusive, private-training spaces are available at both Campus Recreation’s convenient locations.

Our friendly, knowledgeable and certified staff will provide careful instruction, accountability and motivation designed around all of your personal health and fitness goals. All trainers hold a minimum of one nationally accredited certification. Campus Rec experienced trainers hold nationally recognized certifications through the following organizations: American Council on Exercise (ACE®), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM®), National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA®), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA™), as well as others. Training sessions can be purchased at the member services desk at both the CARE/Crawley Fitness Center and the Campus Rec Center.
