  • West Coast- California Cobb Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

Entrées:

  • East Coast- Steak Frites- New York Strip with Butter and Garlic Herb Fries
  • West Coast- Mahi-mahi Fish Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Avocado Sour Cream

Dessert:

  • East Coast- New York Style Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache
  • West Coast- Citrus Cake with Candied Lime
