Updated Launch Date for the Concur Travel and Expense System Is May 25

The

Concur Travel and Expense system

pilot has been extended until May 25.

Feedback from the pilot is positive; however, given many needs competing for attention on campus at this time of year, the Travel Advisory Committee recommended the university-wide implementation originally scheduled for April 25, 2017, be moved to May 25, 2017, and this recommendation has been approved.

All university policy changes influenced by Concur such as the $25 receipt threshold and restriction of meals on P-Cards while on travel will also be postponed until May 25, except for those in the pilot.

Registration and participation in

Concur training

, both classroom and online, is still available.
