- Chargrilled Bone-in Ribeye Steak with Gorgonzola Butter, Pommes Croquette and Sautéed French Green Beans
- Flank Steak Pinwheel, Roasted Asparagus Hollandaise and Fingerling Potatoes with Preserved Lemon
- Paired Wine: Tormaresca Neprica, Italy (blend of Negroarmaro Primitivo Italian Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon)
