Applications Now Open for New eLearning Program of the Year Award
The University of Cincinnati Provosts Office, UC's Center for Excellence in eLearning and the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching & Learning have co-sponsored a new faculty award this year. The eLearning Program of the Year Award honors a university team that has supported teaching and learning through the use of innovative and emerging technologies or by use of existing technologies in a new and inventive way.
Eligible teams may consist of a cross-discipline of members or a department or a program working together to improve student learning. These efforts may be demonstrated either systematically over a series of courses or through a full program. The eLearning Program of the Year Award comes with a $3,000 honorarium.
Either self-nominations or nominations by others including students, colleagues, administrators, instructional designers, information technology professionals, etc. are accepted. Awardees will be recognized at the All-University Faculty Awards Celebration scheduled for Spring 2018.
Nominations for this award are due Monday, Dec 4. For more information on how to nominate someone for this award or to apply, visit the eLearning Program of the Year Award web page.
