The alumni satisfaction numbers are incredibly powerful, said professor Roseann Hassey, the MBA program director.
This is the most meaningful measure of how we are doing as a program and in transforming the lives of our students here at Lindner, when they graduate and throughout their careers, Hassey said. This significant ranking reveals that our graduates are achieving the professional goals that led them to earn their Lindner MBA, both in their career-satisfaction and financially.
The Bloomberg Businessweek ranking methodology is based on the results of satisfaction surveys distributed to MBA alumni and students. Responses from alumni who graduated between 2009 and 2011 contribute to the alumni-satisfaction metric, which is based on the increase in median compensation before receiving an MBA degree to the present, job satisfaction and feedback on the MBA program as well as its impact on their careers. The overall ranking methodology further includes feedback from the nations top MBA recruiters as well as job placement rates and starting salaries for graduates.
