Changes to UC's Uptown, North Shuttle Routes Coming Jan. 8
Transportation Services continuously reviews ridership and operations. The Uptown Route ridership has been declining over the last several years, while North Route Ridership has continued to increase. In an effort to be more effective and efficient the Uptown Route will be discontinued and service on the North route will be increased effective Jan. 8. Service will still be available to the Uptown areas by NightRide by calling 556-RIDE or by visiting their website at

There will still be two full time North Shuttles running the hours of 6 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the North Route chaser hours will be increased to run Monday through Friday, 11 a.m-9 p.m. Please visit the Transportation website at
