Communiversity Instructor Shows How to Develop Goals and Be an Effective Leader
When Jay Browning received a medical discharge due to an on-duty injury after serving 15 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, his career as a leader was far from over. Instead, it was just beginning.
Brownings experience in the Marines prepared him for similar positions of leadership in law enforcement, charitable nonprofits and educational foundations. Since his discharge in 1990, Browning served in leadership roles for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center, Penn State University, Florida Atlantic University, the University of Maryland, Cabrini University and the University of Cincinnati Foundation. Now Browning comes to Communiversity to share his expertise in effective leadership, motivation and goal setting.
