Learn the Stories Your Chakras Tell with New Communiversity Course

What if there is a way within yourself to remove the perceived limitations to your success, move forward with your life and find more self-acceptance and peace? This path does exist and it’s located within a system of seven spinning wheels of energy located along the spine from the base to the crown of the head. These spinning wheels are called chakras. The spinning energy is received and distributed through each chakra like a city manufacturing goods and then sending them along a highway.

Communiversity

offers a way to explore the basics of the chakra system in its new course

The Stories Your Chakras Tell

, taught by Eva Bornho.

“The stories we tell ourselves, consciously or unconsciously, are stored in the chakras. The stories affect the energy we can receive and distribute,” Bornho said.

“When people have unhealthy or limiting stories they tell themselves, they are unnecessarily restricting possibilities for themselves. Since these stories are often subconscious, everyone has room for improvement, whether they realize it or not,” Bornho said.

In

The Stories Your Chakras Tell

, students can learn how to rewrite their conscious and unconscious stories to reach their greatest potential using the framework of the Chakra system. Bornho shares how to move through blocks and live a more empowered life to better handle the seemingly unseen forces of daily living. The course takes place on Thursdays from March 8 to 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The course fee is $79.

“I'm excited to partner with Communiversity for this course because I am a University of Cincinnati alumna myself,” Bornho said. “It's a nice way to still be involved with UC and the surrounding community. I love meeting new people because I always learn from my students. Partnering with Communiversity helps to open up more possibilities of who I can meet.”

Bornho is the owner of Ascension Holistic Healing and has a passion for learning, writing, and teaching about self-improvement. She earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Communication from UC and also holds an Associate’s degree from Cincinnati State in medical massage therapy. As a licensed massage therapist, Holy Fire Reiki Master, and student of life, Bornho is constantly collecting tools to help people improve their lives.
