The University of Cincinnati’s newly renovated Scioto Hall offers convenient upscale accommodations for interns working anywhere in the greater Cincinnati area.

  • 24-hour front-desk service with residence life staff support

  • Located on several Metro bus lines for easy transportation
  • Megabus stop located on campus for intercity transportation
  • Easy access to Interstates 71, 75, 74 and 275
  • Close proximity to U Square @ the Loop, filled with restaurants and shops in walking distance of West and Medical Campuses

How it Works

  • Summer Intern Housing is available May 6 through Aug. 4
  • Weekly rates with four-week minimum
  • Includes access to Campus Recreation Center
  • Optional add-ons include meals at the campus dining center, parking and linens.

University of Cincinnati college is piloting a program to serve alumni of foster and kinship care

In 2025 the Ohio Reach Postsecondary designation was awarded to UC's College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH) as part of the program's third cohort. The program recognizes and supports higher education institutions that have worked to make their campuses welcoming and accessible for students with a history in foster or kinship care. CECH will run a pilot program called Anchor Point aimed at wide-scale implementation across the campus in Fall 2026.
