Atsuo Sasaki, PhD, assistant professor of medicine, division of hematology oncology, and David Plas, PhD, associate professor of cancer biology, have each been awarded a $100,000 pilot grant award from the UC Brain Tumor Center s Molecular Therapeutics Program.

"A Dinosaur Says Moo" is a UC artist's playful, interactive artwork that any toddler can enjoy. Installed for a year at the Contemporary Art Center, it's also specifically created to meet the needs of the artist's son, who has autism, and as a means for father and son to bridge a deep divide.
