CCM shares spring 2023 schedule of major performances and events

Audiences are invited to return to the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music’s (CCM) concert halls and theaters to experience world-class performances and presentations by the next generation of performing and media artists! The college’s spring 2023 schedule of free and ticketed events is now available. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning on Monday, Nov. 28, through the CCM Box Office.

The CCM Wind Symphony and CCM Youth Wind Ensemble (CYWE) present "Dreamscape," a concert of works inspired by dreams, at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4 , in CCM’s Corbett Auditorium. Conducted by Kevin Michael Holzman, CCM's Director of Wind studies, the concert centers around the music of contemporary composers. Tickets are available now through the CCM Box Office.

In Memoriam: Trailblazing trombonist Betty Glover, CCM alumna...

The University of Cincinnati is saddened to share news of the passing of CCM alumna and former faculty member Betty Glover. As one of the first female orchestral trombonists in the country, Glover made a significant impact in the world of music and enjoyed an incredible career. She passed away on Sept. 27, 2022, at the age of 99.

View digital programs for upcoming CCM performances

August 17, 2022

During the 2022-23 performance season, the UC College-Conservatory of Music will continue to offer digital programs for all of its free and ticketed events in place of printed programs. These paperless programs will be available on CCM's website, and they can also be accessed via smartphone/mobile device by scanning the Quick Response (QR) code displayed outside of each CCM performance venue.

CCM's Amplified Voices series presents 'A Tale of Two Tails'...

The Amplified Voices series at UC's College-Conservatory of Music presents its first event of the 2021-22 season on Monday, Nov. 22. CCM Oboe Professor Titus Underwood will present his movie, A Tale of Two Tails, with CCM alumnus Titilayo Ayangade (BM Cello, '14), who served as Director of Photography for the project. The movie presentation will be followed with a Q&A with the creators.
