Effective for the 2026-27 academic year, Ohio Law requires State Universities and Community Colleges to include a Financial Cost and Aid Disclosure form to all newly admitted, full-time degree-seeking students.
Disclosure Form Purpose
This form is designed to give students a clear summary of their:
- Estimated costs of attendance (tuition, fees, room & board, and special fees).
- Financial aid eligibility based on grants, scholarships, and other aid we are able to include at the time of a student's award.
- Student's estimated net cost after applying their financial aid.
