Angie Hinrichsen, she/her, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) located at the UC Clermont location. She is the Embedded Staff Clinician at UC Clermont. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a graduate certificate in Trauma-Informed Counseling from Northern Illinois University. She is licensed to practice in Ohio, Texas, and Louisiana and is currently working on her supervision credential.

Angie believes each person brings a unique set of experiences to the table and wants everyone to feel that their experiences are honored. She hopes to help build relationships that will help challenge students, improve their self-esteem, and face the obstacles in their life head-on. By using an eclectic approach, she integrates different treatment approaches and modalities to find a means of helping everyone in a challenging, yet comfortable way. She specializes in working with individuals who have trauma histories and has experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns.
