What is your favorite movie about mental health and why?: My favorite movies about mental health are Inside Out and Inside Out 2. I love the depiction of emotions, the emphasis on holding space for multiple emotional experiences, the exploration of self and identity. I think Disney was able to take complex ideas and make them easy to understand. Overall, 100/10 highly recommend. Also, if you stop by my office, you might see some familiar faces from the movie.
An app I downloaded for my own mental health: How We Feel. This app has helped me understand emotions and communicate with student better about different emotions.
My favorite sandwich: I loooooooooooove a good classic all american grilled cheese!!!
