What I do to take care of myself after a challenging day/time/situation: Rest and engage in activities that match my capacity at the time.
Coping skills I recommend to clients that I use myself: Making space for hobbies and activities that bring you joy. Some of the things that bring me joy are playing tennis, baking, spending time with friends and family, music, and spending time outdoors.
