Danielle Drake, she/her, is a Senior Staff Social Worker and she serves on the CAPS Hiring Committee. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) in Ohio and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology and a Master of Social Work degree at Northern Kentucky University. She brings a rich background in both clinical and community settings. Her experience includes psychiatric and medical social work in the emergency department of a level 1 trauma center, child protective services, and liaison for juvenile drug court - roles that have shaped her ability to remain grounded and supportive in high-intensity environments.

Danielle offers trauma-informed, solution-focused support to individuals in crisis, guided by cultural humility and a grounded, reassuring presence. She integrates motivational interviewing to help individuals identify their goals, reclaim their voice, and build on their innate resilience. Danielle is known for her calm demeanor in crisis and her ability to foster safety, clarity, and meaningful connection during moments of challenge and change.
