Show yourself some love this cold, snowy February and warm up with professional development workshops from the Staff Success Center.
The UCHR Staff Success Center (SSC) offers both individual contributor and manager level classes for the UC community. These professional development classes include such topics as communication, conflict management, building and sustaining trust, change management, and more.
We also offer technical education for UCFlex, Concur, and Catalyst.
Complete information and user job aids can be found in SuccessFactors Learning, accessible via the SuccessFactors Portal. This also includes a manager job aid detailing how to approve class registration for their respective staff.

UC’s own Drew Boyd, author of best seller Inside the Box, has a series of engaging marketing and strategic planning e-learning modules available via Lynda.com.
