Free access to GitHub software development tools will switch from github.uc.edu to GitHub on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Move your old content to your new GitHub account before access to github.uc.edu ends Monday, Sept. 30.
Get your github.uc.edu content by Sept. 30.
- Create a new GitHub.com account using your uc.edu email account.
- Clone your repositories from your github.uc.edu account to your github.com account.
- Request an education discount—it can take up to two days to be approved.
