Healthy UC is focusing on mental health awareness month
Well-being Wednesdays May offerings
According to Mental Health First Aid, almost half of adults (46.4%) in the United States will experience a mental illness during their lifetime. May is mental health month and Healthy UC encourages you and all students, faculty and staff to make mental wellness and health a priority. Throughout the month, Healthy UC will be sharing podcasts, books, apps, and articles that are related to well-being. Additionally, this month, Well-being Wednesdays will offer various opportunities to get involved with volunteering, work on your physical health, and the chance to “Ask the Experts” your questions about COVID and remote work/study.
