IT@UC 'Wraps Up' Year with Limited IT Support, Planned Maintenance

Plan ahead: Limited IT support during Winter Season Days

The IT@UC Service Desk will have limited staff available to respond only to IT emergencies and other major incidents during Winter Season Days. Phone and chat support for Canopy tools such as Blackboard, Box at UC, Echo360, Kaltura and WebEx will not be available while the university is closed for Winter Season Days.

To report an IT emergency during Winter Season Days (Thursday, Dec. 24, to Sunday, Jan. 3), please contact the Service Desk locally at 513-556-HELP (4357), toll free at 1-866-397-3382, or via email at HelpDesk@uc.edu. The Service Desk and 24/7 Canopy Support will resume normal operations on Monday, Jan 4, 2016.

For general support and self-help resources, visit the IT@UC Knowledge Base (https://kb.uc.edu). The Knowledge Base is a 24/7 resource where students, faculty and staff can find answers to their everyday technology questions.
