Financial aid (including scholarships) disburses to pay eligible charges due 10 days before a student's first course begins. Questions regarding aid eligibility and disbursement status should be directed to Enrollment Services at (513) 556-1000 or enrollmentservices@ucmail.uc.edu.
Questions regarding your room or meal plan charges should be directed to the Housing Office at (513) 556-6461 or uchousing@uc.edu.
Questions regarding student health insurance should be directed to the Student Health Insurance Office at studins@ucmail.uc.edu.
