Conference Sponsorship

We are excited to offer sponsorship opportunities for this conference, which will provide numerous benefits, including:

• Visibility: Engage with leaders from IUC schools and numerous other private and community across the state of Ohio.
• Networking: Build connections with professionals and leaders from across the state.
• Showcasing: Highlight your company’s unique offerings to key decision-makers in the higher education sector.
  

Within 30 days of the end of the annual conference, OHECC will provide sponsors contact information for individuals that registered for that year’s conference. This contact information is limited to – Name, Job Title, Company Name, & Email address that individuals provided when registered. 

Sponsors are not to schedule events such as dinners, hospitality rooms, or any other events that conflict with OHECC scheduled events.

Terms and Conditions

Conference Refunds and Cancellations by Sponsors
Payment:  Payment of the Fees will be made in U.S currency by credit card payment, by check, or by bank transfer payable to University of Cincinnati, and shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days prior to the OHECC conference.
No Shows: There are no refunds for no-shows

Refunds: If a sponsor cancels more than sixty (60) days before the OHECC conference, the sponsor will not be liable for any fees or charges from OHECC assuming the cancellation was presented in an email sent to the Host Committee General Chairperson.  In the event a sponsor cancels less than sixty (60) days before the OHECC conference starts the sponsor will be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the agreed upon sponsorship fees.  The cancellation request must be sent via email to the Host Committee General Chairperson.  

The OHECC Host Committee and State Steering Committee reserve the right to cancel your registration without notice for failure to pay as required.

The OHECC Host Committee and State Steering Committee reserves the right to deny sponsorship to any vendor.

Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is exclusive responsibility of the individual/company registered for OHECC. OHECC is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from any cancelled registration or impermissible substitution.
