Nippert Stadium West Pavilion
The atmosphere in West Pavilion is airy and contemporary, ideal for special occasions on campus. The facility has two event spaces, the North Lounge and the South Lounge for use when the university is not hosting an athletic event in Nippert Stadium. Standard AV meets most of your presentation needs. We provide our One-Stop Shop service for all clients booking in West Pavilion.

Prior to sending CES a request to reserve Nippert West Pavilion, UC Faculty, Staff and Students can browse in 25Live for available dates.

- Complete the online request form with your event details, at least 15 business days prior to your anticipated event date.
- A CES representative will reach out to after reviewing the space request.
We recommend that you do not advertise or publicly announce your event until you have received confirmation from a CES representative.
