Yugadeep joined the team in January 2025. He analyzes admissions and enrollment trends to forecast student/housing demand and supports planning via predictive analytics, data visualization, and data pipelines for retention and dashboard automation.

Ryan provides IRAA support from the Data Operations & Insights team, reporting to DTS. He has been supporting the IRAA Office since October 2022 by programming workflows, developing dashboards, and external reporting.

Lauren joined UC in 2012. Her key responsibilities are conducting and leading data science projects, creating data models and dashboards, testing and identifying appropriate programming for student success and other enrollment management strategies.

Danielle joined UC in 2024. She handles the collection, analysis, and interpretation of faculty, HR, and Provost business data. She reports to external agencies and conducts research to support efficiency and equity.

Brian joined UC in 2023. His responsibilities include supporting faculty and staff data analysis needs. This includes reporting to external agencies and maintaining dashboards.

Kate joined the student data team in the Office of IR in 2022. Her responsibilities include external reporting, survey research, maintaining dashboards, and conducting research to support a variety of institutional initiatives across campus.

Rachel joined the student data team in 2022. She contributes to external reporting, maintaining and developing dashboards, and analysis supporting institutional initiatives. She is particularly experienced with admissions-related projects.

Xuan joined UC in 2024. His key responsibilities include leading student success innovation through data-informed strategy, predictive modeling, and machine learning-driven insights.

Brad provides IRAA support from the Data Operations & Insights team, reporting to DTS. He has been supporting the IRAA Office since August 2016 by programming workflows, developing dashboards, and external reporting.

Steve joined UC in August 2015, bringing over 15 years of IR experience. He leads the student data team, managing external reporting, survey research, dashboard maintenance and development, and research projects supporting institutional initiatives.

Asmaa provides IRAA support from the Data Operations & Insights team, reporting to DTS. She has been supporting the Offices of IRAA and Academic Affairs since October 2020 by programming workflows, developing dashboards, and external reporting.

Katy joined the student data team in the Office of IR in 2023. Her primary responsibilities include external reporting, survey research, maintaining dashboards, and conducting research to support institutional initiatives across campus.

Michael joined UC in 2024, bringing with him over 15 years in institutional research. He oversees enrollment forecasting, strategic enrollment management assessment, and the application of data and modeling to support student success.

Susana leads strategic academic data analytics initiatives for the university and oversees the Academic Analytics and Institutional Research unit which collects, analyzes, and delivers university data to key stakeholders.

Jillian joined UC in 2024. Her primary responsibilities include managing projects and leading cross-functional teams to support institutional goals relating to data quality and strategic insights.
