The SSC presents in-person OneDrive training
Learn the basics of how to manage, create and share files and folders in OneDrive, one of the many Office 365 applications available to UC employees
The Staff Success Center (SSC) has partnered with IT to develop a plan for Office 365 education across the university. Our agreed upon plan with IT is to spotlight one of the Microsoft 365 applications per month, beginning in February with OneDrive. This will allow the community time to focus on learning and adoption at a digestible pace, ensuring understanding.
Please note that OneDrive is currently only approved for the cloud storage of Public Data files. Box should be used for the cloud storage of controlled and restricted data. Refer to the Data Governance & Classification policy for additional information about data classification and data types.
There are several options for learning the basics of OneDrive including online education from Microsoft, online education from Lynda.com, and in-person sessions offered by the SSC and IT. For a listing of general OneDrive educational opportunities, please log in to SuccessFactors Learning.
