CCM Philharmonia presents US premiere during its opening concert

The CCM Philharmonia opens its 2023-24 season on Friday, Sept. 15, with its "Back to Nature" concert; tickets are on sale now through the CCM Box Office. 

An exploration of the natural world in sound, from the flora and fauna of the forest to the wonders of ocean and river, the concert's estimated duration is 90 minutes.

The program features Antonín Dvořák's In Nature’s Realm, an excerpt from Edward Elgar's Enigma Variations, Leoš Janáček’s Suite from The Cunning Little Vixen (orch. Talich), the US premiere of Charlotte Bray’s Where Icebergs Dance Away and Robert Schumann’s Symphony No. 3 in E-flat Major, Op. 97, “Rhenish.”

Parking is available in UC's CCM Garage (located at the base of Corry Boulevard off Jefferson Avenue) and additional garages throughout the UC campus. Effective July 1, 2023, all University of Cincinnati Parking Services locations will become cashless. Pay for parking securely with your credit/debit card. All major credit cards accepted.
