Data meets wealth at UC’s 1819 Innovation Hub

N Solutions and Incline Wealth latest corporate partners to move in

The University of Cincinnati’s 1819 Innovation Hub continues to grow its entrepreneurial ecosystem with the addition of two new corporate partners: N Solutions, a data analytics and business intelligence firm, and Incline Wealth Advisors, a holistic wealth management and financial planning firm.

Together, the companies bring expertise in data-driven decision-making, financial strategy and workforce development to the region’s most influential innovation hub.

As an environment designed to connect industry leaders with academia and startups, the 1819 Innovation Hub brings corporate partners together with UC faculty, research and a robust pipeline of STEM and creative talent. Both N Solutions and Incline Wealth Advisors cite the collaborative environment, access to emerging talent and opportunity to grow alongside other forward-thinking organizations as key reasons for joining the Hub.

N Solutions, co-founded by Calvin Nurge and Jennifer Nenadov, specializes in helping organizations transform complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. The firm designs intuitive dashboards, builds strong data infrastructure and implements process automation that enables leaders to move beyond spreadsheets and make faster, more confident decisions.

“We believe data should empower people, not overwhelm them,” Nurge says. “The 1819 Innovation Hub is exactly the kind of environment where a data-focused company like ours can thrive, working alongside innovators, collaborating across disciplines and engaging directly with students and researchers shaping the future of analytics.”

Through its partnership with 1819, N Solutions plans to engage with the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, the College of Engineering and Applied Science, UC Digital Futures and research labs focused on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and human decision-making. The company is particularly interested in co-op and internship programs that prepare UC students for real-world analytics roles, providing opportunities to apply classroom knowledge to current business challenges.

N Solutions officially moved into the 1819 Innovation Hub last month with plans to quickly integrate into the community, connecting with student groups, participating in Hub events and offering workshops focused on data literacy and visualization.

“We’re excited to be part of a modern community that values curiosity, experimentation and progress,” Nurge affirms.

Incline Wealth Advisors brings a complementary perspective to the 1819 ecosystem, offering investment management and holistic financial planning services to families, high-net-worth individuals, business owners and company retirement plans. The firm’s team includes John Bovard, owner and wealth advisor; Eric Toepfer, wealth advisor; John McKay, portfolio manager and wealth advisor; and Amy Zimmerman, client service associate.

For Incline Wealth, the decision to join 1819 was driven by people and purpose.

“From day one, it was the community that stood out,” Bovard says. “The partners in this building are people we want to learn from, collaborate with and grow alongside. The space itself encourages connection, creativity and the ability to bring others together.”

As a growing firm with a long-term vision, Incline Wealth sees its presence at 1819 as an investment in both innovation and workforce development. The team is particularly interested in collaborating with UC students, especially marketing and College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) students, on co-op and internship opportunities related to content creation, podcasting, video editing and digital storytelling.

Already established at the 1819 Innovation Hub, Incline Wealth is actively engaging with fellow partners and contributing to Cincinnati’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The team quickly built relationships in the building, including collaboration with Alex Burkhart, an adjunct instructor of management at the Lindner College of Business who teaches entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA). Through these connections, Incline Wealth is positioning itself as an active contributor to both the region’s entrepreneurial momentum and the expanding ETA movement.

Strengthening UC’s talent pipeline

Together, N Solutions and Incline Wealth exemplify the 1819 Innovation Hub’s mission: bringing together organizations at different stages of growth to collaborate, innovate and help shape the future workforce.

“The 1819 Innovation Hub is about building something larger than any one company,” Bovard adds. “That’s how you create long-term impact for businesses, students and the community.”

Together, N Solutions and Incline Wealth Advisors add momentum to 1819, strengthening the Cincinnati Innovation District and advancing the region’s role as the Center for the Silicon Heartland through collaboration, talent development and applied expertise.
