Exhibit and Vendor Showcase Details
Sponsoring OHECC provides valuable opportunities to connect with higher education professionals throughout the conference. For Platinum Premier, Gold Reserve, and Silver Select sponsors, exhibit access is limited to one dedicated opportunity to showcase your organization.
All sponsors at these levels are invited to participate in the Vendor Showcase, the primary and only exhibit event, held on Day 2 (May 14) from 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM in the John F. Savage Basketball Arena. This dedicated time slot has no competing sessions, ensuring maximum visibility, networking, and meaningful one-on-one engagement with attendees.
Conference Access
All sponsorship packages include full conference access. The number of attendee passes included depends on sponsorship level, with the option to purchase additional passes as needed. All breakout sessions, breakfasts, and lunches will take place at Lancelot Thompson Student Union.

Vehicle Unloading
You are welcome to unload at the Savage Arena Loading dock, where volunteers will be available to assist. Once you’ve unloaded, we ask that you move your vehicle to Area 5 before returning to set up your table. Long-term parking at this dock is not available. Golf carts will be available

Parking
Complimentary campus parking is available for conference attendees and sponsors in the following locations:

- Cost: Free
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and electronic ticketing will be disabled in these designated areas during the conference dates.

This Vendor Showcase is not a traditional expo-style exhibit hall. Vendors will be spaced throughout the arena floor and are welcome to ship in materials to enhance their display. However, exhibit setups are limited to the items listed below, and no additional booth structures or large-scale displays will be provided by the host.

If you need to ship items out after the event, all packages require a completed outgoing shipping label affixed to the box. Packaged boxes can be left at the shipping dock (location provided), or a FedEx Center is less than one mile from event on 3111 W Bancroft St. Toledo, OH 43606 or arranged with UPS the following business day (3:00 pm pickup). Volunteers will be available to assist.

Each company has been allotted a number of complimentary registrations based your level of commitment. All exhibitors must register through the conference website, using the promo code provided via a previously sent email, with subject: "OHECC 2026 Sponsorship - On-site Staff Registration".
If you wish to bring additional staff above the allocated complimentary staff, they can register at the reduced rate of $350.00. The final day to register staff for a smooth conference check-in is May 8.

Vendor Instructions
As part of the Vendor Showcase, we will be hosting a QR Code Scavenger Hunt through the Guidebook App to encourage attendee engagement and networking.
Here’s how it works:
Diamond and Platinum Premier sponsors will each receive a unique QR code to display at their exhibit table.
In addition, a selection of Gold Reserve and Silver Select sponsors will also be randomly chosen to participate. Attendees will not be informed in advance which exhibit tables have a QR code
Attendees will visit participating sponsor tables to scan the QR code, which will reveal a portion of an image within the Guidebook App.
Attendees who successfully scan all QR codes and unveil the complete image will be entered to win a prize.
What we need from you:
Display the provided QR code clearly at your table during the Vendor Showcase.
Encourage attendees to scan the code and engage in conversation—it’s a great opportunity to connect and network.
