Keys
The Department of Public Safety's locksmiths are responsible for the production and issuance of keys, managing more than 70,000 locks across the university.
To request a key or service for a lock, please click the Key, Badge & Access Request Form button below. Keys can be picked up or returned in Edwards Three (51 W. Corry Blvd.) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Tuesdays from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m., keys will be available for pickup or return in MSB Room 1115. For Housing and Campus Services buildings, contact Work Control at 513-556-2500.

Bearcat Cards
The badge office is now cashless, effective March 17, 2025. The office will accept payments with credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Customers can also pay online with a credit card.
Please use the links below to submit a request for a new or a replacement Bearcat Card. New Bearcat Cards are free, replacement Bearcat Cards are $35.
Bearcat Cards can be picked up in Edwards Four Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Access Requests
Requests to have buildings and/or rooms unlocked for service, construction or repair work require advance approval using the Service Access Request Form.
