iBearcatsGlobal is the system that you will use to fill out electronic forms (e-forms), set up appointments with UC International advisors and maintain your visa status in the United States.

Download the mobile app

You can now access iBearcatsGlobal using a mobile app! Students and departments can submit e-forms, upload documents, check case statuses, receive important notifications and manage immigration requests and student information.

Go to the app store for your mobile device, search for Sunapsis and install the app. Then, within the app, select the University of Cincinnati to finish your install.

Submit a Form

  1. Login to iBearcatsGlobal
  2. Click on your visa type
  3. Select the e-form you want to submit
  4. Follow the instructions in the eform
  5. Upload any required documents to the eform

Types of Requests

Most requests you will make to UC International will be submitted using electronic forms (e-forms) on iBearcatsGlobal.

Newly admitted students should use the Orientation e-form to inform us of your arrival plans. 

Currently enrolled students can use iBearcatsGlobal to update their biographical information, emergency contacts, local US address and permanent overseas address.
