Grill Permits

All individuals participating in grilling or outdoor cooking activities shall comply with all applicable requirements and life safety practices. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of the operation or event in question.

Questions regarding outdoor cooking operations, as well as requests for copies of the Ohio Fire Code provisions applicable to such activities, are available upon request.

Requests for grilling permits must be submitted at least three business days prior to the scheduled event.

The University of Cincinnati's Use of Facilities Policy Manual provides guidelines for grilling activities.

This permit is not for Mobile Food Operations, e.g. food trucks or large group functions.
