Sponsoring OHECC provides valuable opportunities to connect with higher education professionals throughout the conference. Exhibit access varies by sponsorship level, with all sponsors receiving at least one dedicated opportunity to showcase their organization.
Exhibit Opportunities & Access Overview
Day 1 – May 13
- Showcase & Cocktail Hour Exhibit (4:30 PM – 6:00 PM | John F. Savage Basketball Arena)
- Available to: Diamond Premier Sponsors only
- Exclusive opportunity to engage with attendees during the conference kickoff
- Private suites available for reserved dining and meeting space
Day 2 – May 14
- Vendor Showcase (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM | John F. Savage Basketball Arena)
- Available to: All Sponsors (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond)
- This is the primary and only exhibit opportunity for Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors
- No competing sessions, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement
- Private suites available for reserved dining and meeting space
Day 1–3 – May 13–16
- Full Conference Exhibit Access (Lancelot Thompson Student Union)
- Available to: Diamond Premier Sponsors only
- Continuous exhibit presence in a high-traffic area throughout the conference

Vehicle Unloading for John F. Savage Arena
When you arrive at the University of Toledo, please report to John F. Savage Arena first. You are welcome to unload at the Savage Arena Loading dock, where volunteers will be available to assist. Once you’ve unloaded, we ask that you move your vehicle to Area 5 before returning to set up your table. Long-term parking at this dock is not available.

Turn left into Area 5 and follow to NW area of building for loading entrance (arrow below).
Parking
Complimentary campus parking is available for conference attendees and sponsors in the following locations:
- Parking Areas: 5 & 10
- Available Dates: May 13–15, 2026
- Cost: Free
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and electronic ticketing will be disabled in these designated areas during the conference dates.

Event signage will be posted from the designated parking lots to guide attendees to the venue.
The Vendor Showcase is not a traditional expo-style exhibit hall. Vendors will be spaced throughout the arena floor and are welcome to ship in materials to enhance their display. However, exhibit setups are limited to the items listed below, and no additional booth structures or large-scale displays will be provided by the host.
The exhibit in the Lancelot Thompson Student Center is designed as a smaller, more concise display

Packages may be delivered to the University of Toledo two business days prior the event. To ensure that your materials are stored and delivered properly, please include the following information on all packages:

If you need to ship items out after the event, all packages require a completed outgoing shipping label affixed to the box. Packaged boxes can be left at the shipping dock (location provided), or a FedEx Center is less than one mile from event on 3111 W Bancroft St. Toledo, OH 43606 or arranged with UPS the following business day (3:00 pm pickup). Volunteers will be available to assist.

Each company has been allotted a number of complimentary registrations based your level of commitment. All exhibitors must register through the conference website, using the promo code provided via a previously sent email, with subject: "OHECC 2026 Sponsorship - On-site Staff Registration".
If you wish to bring additional staff above the allocated complimentary staff, they can register at the reduced rate of $350.00. The final day to register staff for a smooth conference check-in is May 8.

Vendor Instructions
As part of the Vendor Showcase, we will be hosting a QR Code Scavenger Hunt through the Guidebook App to encourage attendee engagement and networking.
Here’s how it works:
Diamond and Platinum Premier sponsors will each receive a unique QR code to display at their exhibit table.
In addition, a selection of Gold Reserve and Silver Select sponsors will also be randomly chosen to participate. Attendees will not be informed in advance which exhibit tables have a QR code
Attendees will visit participating sponsor tables to scan the QR code, which will reveal a portion of an image within the Guidebook App.
Attendees who successfully scan all QR codes and unveil the complete image will be entered to win a prize.
What we need from you:
Display the provided QR code clearly at your table during the Vendor Showcase.
Encourage attendees to scan the code and engage in conversation—it’s a great opportunity to connect and network.
