What I do to take care of myself after a challenging day/time/situation: enjoy good food, listen to Afrobeats and dance around, watch Netflix/Disney+ with my kids, and go for walks.

Coping skills I recommend to clients that I actually use myself: mindfulness, taking care of my physical health, and using positive affirmations to challenge negative thoughts/thinking

Something I like about myself: my warmth and easy-going nature.
