Back by popular demand! This term we'll teach you how to make a summer-style wine at home. Winemaking can be a fruitful and satisfying hobby. This course will cover all the essential materials you will need to start your own batch and monitor its progress from fermentation to bottling. We’ll talk about additional wines you can create, limited only by your imagination! Students will start their own gallon of wine in class to take home and complete the fermentation process. We will also enjoy a tasting of homemade wine and you'll leave with a book and recipes for future batches!
