University Staff Registration Fee

  • $250 - On or Before Oct 18
  • $350 - After Oct 18

Registration Fee Includes: 

  • Sunday: Evening Welcome Reception
  • Monday:  Light Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 
  • Tuesday: Light Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
  • Wednesday: Light Breakfast

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing to event.services@uc.edu no later than Oct 16, 2026 to receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation charge. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the payment was made.
