Get To Know Cadence

Cadence teaches Yoga classes here at CRC. Her major is Chemical Engineering & MBA. She is looking forward to “bonding with fellow bearcats” and “provide a positive impact to our campus.” When she isn’t teaching, she loves to read, dance, ski and spend time with friends and family. Her advice for someone new to group fitness is “everyone starts somewhere and the only place to go is up!” Whenever she is scared to try something new, she has never “regretted trying something new and gaining confidence in another area in life.”
