Group Fitness Classes

All group fitness classes are included in your membership at no additional cost! Group fitness classes are offered on a drop-in basis. You don't have to pre-register for group fitness and classes are filled on a first come first served basis.


For those of you who haven't attended classes before, we are excited to welcome you here!

Know before you go: 

  • Anyone of any skill level can attend our classes! Our instructors are skilled at adpating the class specific to your abilities
  • No registration required!
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you get a spot
  • Classes are 45-minutes unless otherwise noted
  • Introduce yourself to the instructor - they LOVE to meet their participants!
  • HAVE FUN!

Class Descriptions

Arms & Abs

Targeting your upper body, this class is designed to strengthen your shoulders, biceps, triceps and back muscles. This class consists of weight training combined with functional core exercises to increase muscular strength and fitness. You can expect a lower impact, high strength class through various exercises and timed blocks.


Looking to lengthen and strengthen your muscles using movements and techniques inspired by Pilates, ballet, and yoga? Join us for Barre! This class utilizes the ballet barre to target your lower body, upper body, and everything in between! With high reps and low weight, get ready to embrace the shake and feel the burn! All fitness levels are invited.



With a variety of class structures to keep workouts fresh, each class will consist of strength training intermixed with moderate to high cardio bursts. This class targets all your major muscle groups, ensuring you receive a full body challenge.


Cardio Barbell


Using a group fitness barbell, participants will be progressively challenged through foundational strength moves that target the entire body. Whether it’s adding weight, changing the tempo or adding a burst of cardio, this class will be sure to push you towards reaching your fitness goals. Capacity is limited to 30 people, so be sure to get there early to claim your spot and set up your equipment! 




Whether it's an endurance climb or a series of short intervals, indoor cycling classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to anyone's weekly workouts. Instructors choose the course each ride takes, motivating you to reach your goals along the way. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. All levels are welcome! Capacity is limited to 24 people, so be sure to get there early to claim your spot and set up your equipment!


Hatha Yoga

A slow-paced flow through physical dynamic movements focused on proper alignment and breathing, this type of practice is great for easing anxiety, improving your balance, as well as improving your fitness and stamina. During our classes, you can expect to move through a variety of poses that are great for all levels.

HIIT & Core

Whether you're training for an event or just want to push yourself further, HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is for you with some added core! This quick and effective 45-minute workout will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving until you know you've hit your limit. Come ready to work hard and sweat a lot in this class. All levels welcome! 



Bring focus and energy to your inner "powerhouse" with this total body conditioning class. Pilates will help to improve your total body alignment, flexibility and build strength with low-impact exercises that deeply engage your breath and focus on core engagement. Designed for every fitness level, all will find a challenge in this class!


POP Pilates 

Pop Pilates takes classical mat Pilates to the next level by challenging students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next. This music-based workout focuses on developing a strong core and challenging every muscle in the body during isometric holds, pulses, and creative new movements! 

Power Yoga 

A challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! This class will challenge your body and engage your mind as we go through a sequence of empowering poses that move at a quicker pace. Discover what you are capable of through this unique power flow that will push you to embrace your highest self



A total body, high-intensity program that utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight to build muscle and get RIPPED. This class includes Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance!


Stretch & Recover

This class is a mix of dynamic and static stretching to get the body moving while allowing for some recovery of muscle aches, soreness, and tightness. Whether you join the class after a hard workout or after a long day at a desk, the stretches and movements will provide some flexibility and a reset for your body. Come listen to some good music and provide your body with the stretch and recovery it needs!

Total Body Conditioning

This class is designed for participants of all fitness levels and will challenge all major muscle groups using traditional strength training exercises and a variety of equipment.  We will use circuits as well as group formats to encourage you to go a little further and feel stronger with each class.  All equipment is fair game in this class - steps, bars, dumbbells and BOSUs to name a few!

Vinyasa Yoga

A faster-paced flow where poses are strung together through breath and designed to progressively warm and work the muscles. During our classes, you can expect a range of strength and balance poses as well as core and flexibility training.


WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. This class is a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community.

Yin Yoga

A quiet contemplative practice that takes advantage of longer-held poses allowing you to work deeply into your body and help to improve energy flow. During our classes, you can expect a series of long (4-8 minutes) passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body.  


We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
