Workout with a Personal Trainer

Workout with one of our certified trainers! Let our trainers work you through a circuit or HIIT style workout using body weight and things found around the house. Join them from where you are and get a great workout!

Yoga

A day to explore what your body needs and what you like to do for mobility. Find your favorite mobility video/Yoga video and work through it for 20 minutes or longer. 

Dance Fitness

Move, sweat, and have a great time! Join our energetic staff as they lead you through an upbeat cardio workout that gets you moving and brings the fun.

Dryland Aquatic Workouts

Are you feeling like a fish out of water without our pool? These workouts are designed to help swimmers and non-swimmers keep their mobility and strength with workouts designed to target key swimming muscle groups.

Bootcamp/HIIT

These diverse workouts are all about working where you are and being better the next time. Join us for a great cardio and resistance workout using body weight and household items!


2021 Recreation Movement

The 2021 Recreation Movement is a free website for individuals with a .edu web address to access a large library prerecorded workouts and daily live streaming workout sessions from over 80 recreation centers.
