Class Descriptions

Aqua Cardio
Aqua Cardio is a low-impact, high-intensity water aerobics style class that is held in shallow water. This class utilizes the water as resistance to help improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. There are no swimming skills needed for this class!

Aqua Strength
Aqua Strength is a mixture of intervals and resistance training. Utilizing the leisure pool and specialized equipment, you will get an effective full-body workout that is friendly to the joints. You can expect to perform traditional strength movements like squats, presses, and rows built in circuits or timed blocks to focus on muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Choreo Cycle
This class will be different than Power Cycle which is considered to be a traditional cycle class. Choreo cycle will still incorporate the sprints and climbs but our instructors will develop choreography to the music where you will be following moves like claps, push-ups, dips, corners, tap backs, and more synced to the beat of the music.

We encourage you to take a Power Cycle or Rhythm Ride before attending this class.

Power Cycle
This class is structured to represent a traditional cycle experience with performance-focused intervals, hill climbs, and sprints designed to improve strength and stamina. This class will not contain upper body movement on the bike like push-ups, dips, claps, etc. Despite the name this class is suitable for all experience levels.

Rhythm Ride
This class will take elements of Power Cycle and combine with light choreography like tap backs, jumps, and push-ups. While some of the movements will be similar to what you see in a Choreo Cycle class, this class will contain more drills focusing on traditional cycle. It will be about 70% traditional and 30% choreographed.

Dance Fitness
There is nothing better than a dance party! Get sweaty moving to the hottest music of today, plus a few bodyweight exercises like jumping jacks, squats, lunges and more. This class often repeats songs to build your confidence and skills each week. This is perfect for all fitness levels.

Turn Up Dance
Turn Up Dance is a high-energy, HIIT-inspired dance workout that blends cardio with hip-hop, R&B, and pop music to create a fun, empowering fitness experience focused on community and self-expression, not perfect choreography. Turn Up Dance is designed for anyone of all backgrounds and experience levels!

Zumba
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Pilates

Mat Pilates
This class is rooted in the traditional, original method developed by Joseph Pilates, focusing on precise, flowing movements, breath control, and mind-body connection to build core strength, improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness. You can expect to see similar movements from class to class, allowing you to build your skill and strength with Pilates.

Pilates Fusion
This class will incorporate classical Pilates movements throughout the class, but differs from the "Mat Pilates" class with faster transitions and additional full-body movements not typically associated with classical Pilates. This will be a full-body workout with more emphasis on core and lower body movements.

Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is a blend between classical mat pilates, Barre classes, and strength! You can expect to see movements from classical mat pilates but elevated and combined with additional full-body movements that challenge muscular endurance.

This class will often incorporate dumbbells and resistance bands.

Barre

Barre
This class is a low-impact, full-body workout blending ballet, yoga, and Pilates, using a ballet barre, light weights, and props, all set to upbeat music. This class will build muscular endurance and increase flexibility through higher repetitions and isometrics.

Arms & Abs
Arms & Abs is designed to strengthen the muscles of your upper body: biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back. This class consists of weight training combined with core exercises to increase muscular strength and endurance. You can expect a lower-impact class that will incorporate a variety of circuits or timed blocks to maximize the 30 minutes.

Circuit Strength
Circuit Strength is a full-body workout built around fundamental movement patterns designed to improve both strength and muscular endurance. You will rotate through timed stations featuring exercises to target each major muscle group. Each circuit allows you to work at your own intensity, with clear progressions and regressions offered to match all fitness levels.

Full Body Strength
Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned fitness guru, you’ll discover new ways to move your body using weighted and bodyweight exercises with this Full Body Strength class. With a focus on empowerment and functionality, our FBS classes are structured to strengthen every major muscle group in your body in just 45 minutes. Grab a towel and a water bottle, and give your body the challenge it needs!

HIIT & Core
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core is a total-body workout that keeps your heart pumping. This cardio-focused workout involves alternating short bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. This class will incorporate core or finish with core training. All fitness levels are welcome to join!

R.I.P.P.E.D.
A total body, high-intensity program that utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight to build muscle and get RIPPED. This class includes Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance!

Tempo Strength

Tempo strength is a full-body workout built around higher reps and lower-load strength training to build muscular endurance. You can expect lighter weights, slow and controlled movements to target the upper body, lower body, and core.

Hatha Yoga
A steady, mindful practice that emphasizes holding postures, controlled breathing, and proper alignment. Perfect for building strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering a sense of calm and focus.

Gentle Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi looking for a relaxed flow, this slow-paced class gives participants an opportunity to relax, destress, and get a good stretch in. You can expect an emphasis on breathwork, meditation, and flexibility. This class will focus on both static and dynamic stretches, while incorporating many classic yoga poses. This class is a perfect opportunity to quiet your mind and reconnect with your body, no matter what level you are!

Power Yoga
A challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! This class will challenge your body and engage your mind as we go through a sequence of empowering poses that move at a quicker pace. Discover what you are capable of through this unique power flow that will push you to embrace your highest self.
