All group fitness classes are included in your membership at no additional cost!
ALL group fitness classes do REQUIRE registration. We understand this is a new process for some and want to provide as much guidance as possible; therefore, we created a dedicated page to help you understand the registration process, policies and procedures.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!
For those of you who haven't attended classes before, we are excited to welcome you here!
- Anyone of any skill level can attend our classes! Our instructors are skilled at adpating the class specific to your abilities
- Introduce yourself to the instructor - they LOVE to meet their participants!
- Registration is REQUIRED for ALL classes!
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure enough time to check in and grab any necessary equipment
- Classes are either 30- or 45-minutes unless otherwise noted
- HAVE FUN!

Class Descriptions
Arms & Abs
Targeting your upper body, this class is designed to strengthen your shoulders, biceps, triceps and back muscles. This class consists of weight training combined with functional core exercises to increase muscular strength and fitness. You can expect a lower impact, high strength class through various exercises and timed blocks.
Aqua Beat Cardio
Experience the rhythm of fitness with Aqua Beat Cardio, a dynamic and full-body energizing workout in the water! Engage every muscle group as you move to the beat, enjoying heart-pumping cardio exercises in the buoyant, low-impact environment of the pool.
Barre
Looking to lengthen and strengthen your muscles using movements and techniques inspired by Pilates, ballet, and yoga? Join us for Barre! This class utilizes the ballet barre to target your lower body, upper body, and everything in between! With high reps and low weight, get ready to embrace the shake and feel the burn! All fitness levels are invited.
Cycle
Whether it's an endurance climb or a series of short intervals, indoor cycling classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to anyone's weekly workouts. Instructors choose the course each ride takes, motivating you to reach your goals along the way. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. All levels are welcome! Capacity is limited to 24 people, so be sure to get there early to claim your spot and set up your equipment!
HIIT & Core
Whether you're training for an event or just want to push yourself further, HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is for you with some added core! This quick and effective 45-minute workout will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving until you know you've hit your limit. Come ready to work hard and sweat a lot in this class. All levels welcome!
Pilates
Bring focus and energy to your inner "powerhouse" with this total body conditioning class. Pilates will help to improve your total body alignment, flexibility and build strength with low-impact exercises that deeply engage your breath and focus on core engagement. Designed for every fitness level, all will find a challenge in this class!
Power Yoga
A challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! This class will challenge your body and engage your mind as we go through a sequence of empowering poses that move at a quicker pace. Discover what you are capable of through this unique power flow that will push you to embrace your highest self
R.I.P.P.E.D.
A total body, high-intensity program that utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight to build muscle and get RIPPED. This class includes Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance!
Shallow Water Power
Shallow Water Power is a mixture of Intense Aerobics and resistance training. Utilizing the leisure pool and specialized equipment, you will get an effective all body workout that is friendly to the joints. This HIIT style workout will get your blood pumping and your muscles working in an all-levels friendly workout.
Strength & Mobility
This class kicks off with a full body strength workout followed by a mix of dynamic and static stretching, incorporating trigger point release to get the body moving and allowing for some recovery of muscle aches, soreness, and tightness. Come listen to some good music and provide your body with the total body workout and recovery it needs!
Stretch & Destress Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi looking for a relaxed flow, this slow-paced class gives participants an opportunity to relax, destress, and get a good stretch in. You can expect an emphasis on breathwork, meditation, and flexibility. This class will focus on both static and dynamic stretches, while incorporating many classic yoga poses. This class is a perfect opportunity to quiet your mind and reconnect with your body, no matter what level you are!
Turn Up Dance Fitness
A high intensity interval training dance workout that feels like you're going to the club with your friends! Although it works your whole body, let the beat move you and dance your heart out!
WERQ
WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. This class is a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community.
Yoga Flow
A quiet contemplative practice that takes advantage of longer-held poses allowing you to work deeply into your body and help to improve energy flow. During our classes, you can expect a series of long (4-8 minutes) passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body.
Zumba
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
