Personal Training
Let our friendly, knowledgeable Personal Trainers guide you along your fitness journey and help you set realistic, achievable goals. All Campus Recreation Personal Trainers hold a Nationally-Accredited Certification. All of our Personal Trainers have met qualifications to effectively help clients reach their goals.
Personal Training Overview
Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes. As a client, you have the option of training in our private Personal Training Suite, Fitness Studio, or Fitness Floor. Other spaces such as the Multi-Purpose Rooms and outdoor spaces may be utilized upon request based on your needs. Personal Training is available at the Campus Recreation Center.
We currently are not accepting new client registrations for personal training. We apologize for the inconveinece.

Registration
- Please complete the online form to request personal training services.
- An administrator will review your availability and begin matching you with a trainer.
- You will receive further instructions regarding payment and your trainer status.
