Training Philosophy: I believe that movement is medicine! It's a way to show up for your yourself both mentally and physically. The joy and energy that exercise brings me is something I want everyone to experience. Fun Facts: I am a dual citizen of USA and Poland, I am an opera singer, I have never met a piece of bread I didn't like, and I went to the same high school as Beyonce.

Training Philosophy: I give clients the tools that they need to achieve their desired outcome. However, just because I provide you with what you need doesn’t mean you will get there. I expect my clients to work hard and understand that it will not be easy but if they stick to it and do everything to their best ability they will see the progress that they are looking for. How you do anything is how you do everything! So give it your all.
