The Asana Yoga Flex Pass gives you flexibility to attend classes when you want. Only pay for what you will use by purchasing a pass to any of Afton Gabrielle Palmer's scheduled classes (on any Thursday during the selected dates). (Please note that passes may not be carried over into another term.)

Discover the transformative power of yoga and unleash your creative potential in our unique course, "Breathe, Bend, Create: Channeling Creativity through Asana." This innovative and inspiring program merges the art of yoga with the art of creative expression, inviting participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and artistic exploration.

In this course, yoga serves as a powerful catalyst for your creative journey. Each session begins with a rejuvenating yoga practice, during which you'll delve into breathing techniques, alignment, and mindfulness. Guided by Afton, you'll explore a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin, enhancing your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Once your body and mind are grounded in the yoga experience, it's time to tap into your artistic side. You'll then explore various creative activities, such as painting, drawing, writing, or sculpture, enabling you to express yourself freely and authentically.
