Aqua Strength
Aqua Strength is a mixture of intervals and resistance training. Utilizing the leisure pool and specialized equipment, you will get an effective full-body workout that is friendly to the joints. You can expect to perform traditional strength movements like squats, presses, and rows built in circuits or timed blocks to focus on muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
Aqua Zumba
We are bringing your favorite dance class to the water in Aqua Zumba! Join us for a low- impact, mixed intensity dance party in our leisure pool featuring all of the same Latin and World rhythms with the added bonus of time in the water!
Choreo Cycle
This class will be different than Power Cycle which is considered to be a traditional cycle class. Choreo cycle will still incorporate the sprints and climbs but our instructors will develop choreography to the music where you will be following moves like claps, push-ups, dips, corners, tap backs, and more synced to the beat of the music.
We encourage you to take a Power Cycle or Rhythm Ride before attending this class.
Power Cycle
This class is structured to represent a traditional cycle experience with performance-focused intervals, hill climbs, and sprints designed to improve strength and stamina. This class will not contain upper body movement on the bike like push-ups, dips, claps, etc. Despite the name this class is suitable for all experience levels.
Rhythm Ride
This class will take elements of Power Cycle and combine with light choreography like tap backs, jumps, and push-ups. While some of the movements will be similar to what you see in a Choreo Cycle class, this class will contain more drills focusing on traditional cycle. It will be about 70% traditional and 30% choreographed.

Zumba
