Know Before You Go
For those of you who haven't attended classes before, we are excited to welcome you here!
- Anyone of any skill level can attend our classes! Our instructors are skilled at adapting the class specific to your abilities
- Introduce yourself to the instructor - they LOVE to meet their participants!
- Registration is REQUIRED for ALL classes!
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure enough time to check in and grab any necessary equipment
- Classes are either 30- or 45-minutes unless otherwise noted
- HAVE FUN!
