Our self-service recreation options give you the freedom to enjoy the activity your way and on your timeline. Whether you’re setting up a hammock for a peaceful afternoon nap, grabbing a frisbee or football for a quick game with friends, or testing out a new app workout, we make it easy. Simply check out the equipment you need, head to your favorite spot, and make the most of your time outdoors.

RecRe Lockers

Our RecRe locker, located in the breezeway outside the Campus Recreation Center, makes checking out gear quick and easy. Students, faculty, and staff can borrow a variety of outdoor and sports equipment free of charge for up to 8 hours.  Perfect for spontaneous play or a break between classes, just scan the QR code on the locker, choose what you need, and you’re ready to go.

Where can I get a Hammock?

Students, faculty and staff can use the Free Rentals locker, located in the walkway between the CRC east entry and Market on Main, to check out a hammock, straps and carabiners. Access rental items by scanning the QR code and following instructions.

Additional outdoor equipment is also available. Rental periods are listed for each item.
