Cost
Early Bird Registration: $85 until January 14
Price will increase to $99 on January 15
What Else To Know
- All communication will happen via email, so please check your spam folders if you haven't received anything
- You will not gain access to the library of training plans until January 17th - the goal is for everyone to start the challenge on the week of January 18th
- InBody sessions will take 15-30 minutes of your time and will need to be scheduled in advance. Your email communication will include instructions
- The winner will be determined based off InBody progress and habit tracking
