Investment Analyst

Matthew Menkhaus, a proud alumnus of the UC Lindner School of Business, joined the University of Cincinnati as an investment analyst in June 2023. At UC, Matthew monitors various investment opportunities, including private equity, hedge funds, and other asset classes. He conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses of the endowment portfolio and assists in the execution of new investments. Additionally, he calculates and analyzes investment performance, prepares reports for the investment team and manages other financial market monitoring tools.

Before joining UC, Matt worked at Fidelity Investments for 2.5 years as a risk consultant for professionally managed accounts, where he obtained the series 7 and series 66. Outside of UC, Matthew is a regular volunteer for Restore Sight, a group that conducts annual mission trips for eye surgeries in Central America.
